Along with human society going forward information,the micro machine system (the micro machine) is one of the important direction for the current technical development. Since 1980s , This micro machine manufacture technology (the tiny processing technology) obtained the enormous development, and is key researching domain for all country and the scientific research unit. The micro casting craft is one kind of brand-new tiny processing technology. The technology can low cost, batching and rapid manufacture three dimensional complex metal micro components.This paper independently researched and developed a brand-new micro-pressurize precision casting craft. And the micro mold was designed and made for the micro casting. Then the thin laminated fluidity and mechanical samples in micro size had been formed with the aid of this craft. Meanwhile the flowability of liquid metal in micro cavity, the micro casting normal temperature mechanics performance and microstructure have investigated, and some innovative results were obtained.This paper analyzed the effects of processing parameters on the flowability of liquid metal in the micro cavity. The results show that as filling pressure and pouring temperature enhance, liquid metal flowability increases. For a sample whose thickness is 0.1mm, the flowing length of liquid metal increases 5.3 times when the filling pressure increase from 10MPa to 15MPa. However, the flowing length of liquid metal increases 3.9 times when pouring temperature enhances from 400℃to 460℃. The normal temperature mechanics performance test results indicated that the micro casting tensile strength and the elongation ratio all reduce with increasing the micro casting thickness, their value enhance nearly 2 times. Moreover, the micro casting tensile strength and the elongation ratio displayed the intense micro scale effect. And the critical thickness producing micro scale effect is about 300μm. It was discovered the micro casting microstructure deviate balance microstructure by observing microstructure.
