| Low speed turn-table is one of the most important emulation and test facilities in the aerospace industry. Angular measuring system is the vital subsystem in turn-table, whose accuracy and dynamic performance directly affect the precisions of turn-table. With the elevation of space equipment, the accuracy and performance of turn-table should be improved. This paper written on the background of the research of exterior imaging turn-table, designs high precision dynamic angular measuring system, which aims at this low speed, low speed ripple turn-table. And this paper makes it easily to accommodate to different angular measuring system.This paper selects inductosyn as angular measuring sensor, on the basis of the feature of turn-table. First it introduces the principle of the inductosyn; and analyses the chief errors (zero position error and subdivision error). This paper uses a tracking transition method, which is anti-interference, low error and transforms fast. Then analyses the errors of chip AD2S80A, which is base on this method. After the analysis of system errors, this paper distributing the errors. And angular measuring system accuracy satisfied the project demand.To improve the low speed features of turn-table, this paper analyses three aspects of measuring system influenced to turn-table. They are velocity measuring method, resolution of angle and angle measurement error. These analyses provide theoretics foundations to raise the low speed feature of turn-table.This paper designs the angular measuring circuits fit to the low speed and low speed ripple turn-table, which include exciting source, pre-amplifier, filter, phase shifter, analog angle to digital, zero signal and angle digimatic. This paper designs shielding and guarding for the circuits, aimed to enhance the stability and reduce error.At last, this paper calibrate the system is using autocollimator and 12 edge glass, and gives the position error, repeatability and acceleration feature.
