Compared with several water-heat treatment synthesis methods to search elements of influenting quality of hydrotalcite optimum synthesis conditions such as salt basic concentration ,salt base ratio, mix methods ,mix velocity, precipitate temperature and N2 protect, stir time and intensity, aging time and aging temperature ,and so on . Use method by self-preparation "room temperature instantaneous copercipitation method" to synthesize [Mg4Al2(OH)12]CO3·3.75H2O,which have the largest layer electric change nearly (0.040 e/nm2) and anion exchange capacity(2.0 mol/mol).Attempt to prepare large pillared hydrotalcite with new synthesis method. For example ,"stew to decarbon " , "soak to replace", "change acidity to decarbon", "heat exchange" and "anti-titration" , " promote exchange by microwave". Meanwhile , compared the exchange result of every kind of method to select the best.
