| Titania supported on Inner-Mongolia's nature zeolite were prepared by sol-gel method, and characterized by BET, XRD, TG-DTA, DRS. The effect of heating temperature , the mesh number of zeolite, the loading amount of TiO2 were researched. The catalytic activity were checked by degradation rate and COD change of RhadamineB under UV light irradiation(high pressure mercury lamp). Experiment results indicate that TiO2/ zeolite photocatalyst has the best catalytic activity when calcination temperature is 500℃, mesh number of zeolite is 180-200 and loading amout of TiO2 is 14%. The COD change of RhadamineB is 83% under UV light irradiation of 5.5h. And we compare it with P25. It is found that the COD change of RhadamineB is 100% under UV light irradiation of 84min. But TiO2/zeolite photocatalyst can easily be seperated by sediment and it can easily be reused.We use TiO2/zeolite photo-catalyst that has a best photocatalytic activity and P25 TiO2 to study the effect of Cu2+, Zn2+, Al3+, Mg2+ on photo-reaction under UV light and visible light irradiation. The experimental results showed that they all restrain the degradation of RhadamineB, and the restraining function is Cu2+ >A13+ >Mg2+>Zn2+. |
