This article take the konjac refined powder as the main raw material, selecting the xanthan gum for the supplementary material to made the complex gel by way of'oil phase dispersion method"and"direct method".The complex gel both had made of the synergetic function of Glucomannan ang xanthan gum and the deacetylation function of alkaline salt to form the hot irreversible gel due to the deacetylation function.The complex gel was formed by way of'oil phase dispersion method"which of swelling power,the adsorption and release capacity were researched.The complex gel was formed by way of direct method"which of swelling power and release capacity were studyed.Therefore this research content divides into following four parts:(1) Optimize "oil phase dispersion method"complex gel preparation condition.First purification the konjac refined powder to improve the content of Glucomannan of konjac refined powder and achieve Glucomannan content request of top grade konjac refined powder according to Ministry of Agriculture 《konjac refined powder》 (NY/T 494-2002).The preparation condition of complex gel was studied by method of intuitionistic analysis appearance of complex gel.The result showed that the optimum condition was:The content of complex sol was 2%,the content of Span-80 was 1.00%, emulsified temperature was 60℃,the content of coagulator(K2CO3) was 0.75%.Surface texture of complex gel was observed by scanning electron microscope.(2 ) The swelling power of direct method"complex gel and the effect of factors on the release rate of potassium sorbate were studied.Complex gel was formed at the best craft condition of the way of'oil phase dispersion method"that the content of complex sol was 2%,the content of Span-80 was 1.00%,been heated at 90 ℃ about lh,the content of...
