The study showed the whole process of the metallization of fabric by hydric-plasma. The hydric-plasma has special deoxidize capability. First, the surface of PP nonwovens and PET film were treatment by plasma activation. Second, PP nonwovens, PET film and silk fabric were soaked in the solution of AgNO3, So on the surface of the three fabrics can form a layer silver ion. Last the silver ions will be deoxidized to silver element. The three fabrics have electric capability.The influence of experiment parameter has been researched by testing several capabilities of the three fabrics. We find out the best experiment parameters. The involved treatment parameters of the method were studied systematically including gas atmosphere, plasma power, treating time, treating pressure etc. Moreover, IR and SEM were used to characterize the surface properties of the samples such as chemical composition and morphological structure.The result of research indicated that PP nonwovens and PET film after surface modification have hydrophilic ability, which can be suit for next working procedure. The three fabrics after metallization all have electric capability. The adhesive ability can reach to certain require. It was indicated that the method of metallization of fabric by hydric-plasma can get the fabric have proper anti-radiation.
