Self-propagating high temperature synthesis centrifugal-thermite process (SHS C-T) is an effect process to prepare ceramic-lined composite pipes, which combines the advantages of SHS and centrifugal-thermite process. In this paper, SHS-CT, centrifugal force was set as 160~180G, was applied to prepare ceramic-lined composite pipes with different microstructure of intermetallic compound transition layer by changing chemical composition of reaction system, and the effect of additive of Fe, Ti, Ni, CuO, B4C on the microstructure and properties was analyzed accordingly.In this paper, physical properties and mechanical properties were tested by means of hardness test, shear strength test, compressive test, thermal shock resistance test and so on; microstructure of metal transition layer and the interfaces were observed by optical microscope and SEM; composition and phase of metal transition layer were analyzed by means of XRD and the elements distribution and percent of interface were analyzed by means of EXS. Meanwhile, the effect of different additives on microstructures and mechanical properties of transition layer were analyzed.It was found that the microhardness of intermetallic compound transition layer with different additives such as Fe,Ti,Ni,CuO,B4C was far higher than...
