Because coke sewage contains lots of hard-biodegraded and toxicant substances, it is considered one of the industrial waste water which is difficult to purify. Drainage of coke sewage without purify could result in the serious pollution in waterbody, and even the purified coke sewage but failed to reach standard could also do harm to waterbody. Now there are two kinds of treatments of coke sewage:" non-destroyed" technology, namely separate methods, including precipitation, adsorption and so on; "destroyed" technology, namely oxidation and decompounding methods, including senior oxidation and bio-oxidation. Considering economy value, the bio-oxidation is still dominant currently. This experiment aimed at coke sewage, first cultivated and acclimated bio-organism membrane for the A1 and A2 stage in A1 (hydrolyze-acidification) -A2 (anoxia de-nitration) -O1 (the first contact oxidation) -O2 (the second contact oxidation) technology and the membrane is mature in more than one month. After the start-up of the reactor, micro-organism's degradation trait to COD and NH3—N in A1, A2 and such environmental factors' influence as pH value, temperature and influent...
