It can be getting high valuable refractory materials if used refractory is treated by select, classification and special treatment. Not only producing prime amorphous refractory, but also can producing prime shaped refractory by using these working over recovery materials. Some can be used as metallurgy accessories, and can be used in architecture, cement and agricultural fields. This can be saving natural mineral resources, reducing environmental contamination, largely reducing the refractory'cost. So it is very significant to research and use the used refractory.This topic based on relative research work, using phenol formaldehyde resin as binder, using WISCO dumped Al2O3-MgO-C bricks particle as main material, and using Al, Si metal powder as additives. Effect of the addition of dumped bricks, graphite, grain composition to the physical and slag resistantance property and oxidaztion resistances of recovery Al2O3-MgO-C bricks, research results are listed:1. When treated in 200,1000℃, Samples'bulk density has a little change with the dumped brick'addition increasing; Samples'bulk density increases firstly and decline afterward and increases lastly, sample'apparent porosity is different expansion. When treated at 1000℃, sample appears shrinkly. But treated at 1500℃, sample appears expansion, and sample'linear change declines firstly and increases afterward and declines lastly with the increasing of dumped brick'addition; Samples'strength has a little change with the dumped brick'addition increasing when treated in 200,1000℃. Samples'intension declines firstly and increases afterward and declines lastly with the increasing of dumped brick'addition; Samples'slag resistant property are strengthen gradually with the increasing of dumped brick'additive.2. With the increasing of graphite's addition, reproductive Al2O3-MgO-C brick's physical property fall down, material's expansibility arise, material's slag resistant property strengthen gradually.3. With the reducing of dumped brick's aggregate, reproductive Al2O3-MgO-C brick's physical property gradually falls down, material's expansibility reduces firstly and arises at last, material's resistant slag property decline gradually.4. The oxidization property of complex additive is better than single additive's, the inoxidizable property complex additive of 2%Al+1%Si is best.4. Material's crystal are mainly including corundum phase and spinel phase after treated at 1500℃.
