Daminozide and gibberellic acid which are plant growth regulators were reasearched in this article.The research mainly studied the influence of them upon a-amylase and a-glucosidase's activity in vitro digestibility by pancreatin, radicals and lipid peroxide, nitrosation reaction and inducement on micronucleus frequency in vicia faba root tips. The experiment results were as following: 1.Daminozide1.1 In vitro digestibility by pancreatin with pH6.8,37℃, 0.15% of the concentration of α-amylase and 2% of the concentration of dissolubility amylum, along with the reaction time, the acitivity of a-amylase was reduced by 26.93 % maximally by daminozide, when the concentration of daminozide was 200mg/L and the reaction time was 4h.In vitro digestibility by pancreatin with pH6.8, 37℃, 2.5mg/mL of the concentration of a-glucosidase and 0.116mol/L of the concentration of substrate, daminozide could increase a-glucosidase's activity by 47.42% maximally, when the concentration of daminozide was 40mg/L and the reaction time was 1h.1.2 Daminozide almost had no evident antioxidative effect on ·OH and O2- (P>0.05). But daminozide could accelerate LPO by 30.80% maximally , when the concentration of daminozide was 10mg/L.1.3 Daminozide could produce NO3- in vitro digestibility by pepsin with pH2.0, when the reation time was 30min. It could produce about 0.25mg/L NO<sup>-3 , when the concentration of daminozide was 200mg/L.In vitro digestibility by pepsin with pH2.0 and 3mL 5ug/mL NaNO2 in reaction system, the content of NO2- in reaciton system was reduced with the increase of the daminozide concentration and reaction time. When the concentration of daminozide was 200mg/L, the content of NO2- could be reduced by 57.81% 60 minute later.In vitro digestibility by pepsin with pH2.0, 0.5mL 1mmol/L NaNO2 and 0.5mL 1mmol/L dimethylamine in reaction system, as the concentration of daminozide increased gradually, the capability of disconnecting of NDMA became reinforcing accordingly by 51.30%, when the content of daminozide was 200mg/L.
