Along with the development of people's living standard and China's enter into the WTO, the quality and security of agricultural products have attracted rising attention from the mass. Pesticide residue in agricultural products is the key aspect influencing the export of Chinese agricultural products. More importantly, it is closely related with people's life and health. The key point of controlling pesticide residue is to cheek and analyze timely the residue and to monitor the use of pesticide, preventing those products with excessive pesticide residue coming to the market. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a accurate, speedy, simple and highly sensitive way of analyzing pesticide residue. RLS is a new technology developed in 1990s for analysis with high sensitivity and simplicity and selectivity, therefore attracting more and more interest and attention. And the research and application of RLS is on a rise, it is widely used in the research and determinate of nucleic acid, protein and heparin, etc, and shows high sensitivity. This thesis concentrates on the research of applying RLS in analyzing vegetable pesticide residue; the main content is as follows:1. Quercetin system and Calconcarboxylic acid systemThis part makes a research on the RLS spectrum and absorption spectrum of the two systems. The result indicates that the intensity of RLS has some relation with ph solution in certain amount of pH solution, the intensity of RLS system share a linear reaction with the concentration of Quercetin and Calconcarboxylic acid in a certain...
