Sand production in oil wells is one of the important problem in oil exploitation. It costs a lot of manpower and resources for prevention and research each year. Sand production mechanisms as a theoretical basis of the sand prediction, has been highlighted.On the base of massively tests and the theoretical analysis from the predecessor, combining the seepage mechanics, rock mechanics and the flexibility and plasticity mechanics, through the multi-knowledge synthetic study, This article has established for the first time aim at open hole for any well bevel and the azimuth (including random perforation position), and oil well sand production forecast theoretical model for the perforation well completion. It has been confirmed through the example analysis that accuracy and the validity for this article theory and method.On the dynamic models of physical parameters for reservior, this article summarized dynamic mode for sand production forecast, including the porosity, the penetration coefficient and the compressibility coefficient. The model has considered natural parameter influence for the volumetric strain, the framework sand stripped, movable sand in the hole surface and the throat deposition.
