| In recent years, the corrosion problem of the warcraft is rather serious in our air force, which aroused high attention from the concerned. Therefore, the research of corroded proof and calendar life evaluation method of warcraft has been concerned more and more by the domestic academia and engineering field. The ground corrode environment spectrum of warcraft structures is the technical base of developing the research. At present, The research is still at the starting stage and has nor formed the complete method. The key point of this paper lies in the key technology of warcraft structures ground corrosion environment spectrum and develops a theoretical analysis and the experimental study concerning, such as the environment database creation, the environment spectrum establishment method, the acceleration corrosion environment spectrum and its the corrosion equivalent relations, the distribution characteristic and change rule of structures corrosion damage under the typical corrosion environment and so on. This paper has made the obvious progress and technical breakthrough, mainly in the following aspects:1.Put forward firstly the design method and mathematics modeling of typical airport ground environment database in warcraft service area of our country, Established warcraft typical airport corrosion environment database through using the advanced software Visual Basic6.0 and Oracle9i, and this database input data has been up to 1.95 million now.2. Base on the database, through the environment parameter simplification and data statistical processing, this paper proposed the warcraft ground corrosion environment spectrum establishment method, and has worked out 3 typical airports grounds corrosion environment spectrum. For the consideration of application this paper did quantification processing to the environment spectrum, and provided proof for working out the acceleration corrosion environment spectrum.3.
