| In this paper preparation, property and application of UV-curing adhesive was studied systemically. UV-curing adhesive refers to the product which through the instantaneous radiation of ultraviolet ray, material obtains the sticking performance quickly. Compared with the traditional adhesive it has some advantages such as fast curing rate, little pollution, easy handling and saving energy etc.... So it was called as a kind of green product.The main components of the UV-curing adhesive system usually consists of photosensitive prepolymer(or photosensitive oligomer), photoinitiator, reactive diluents and other auxiliriarys. Prepolymer is basic skeleton and determines the final property of the product. The polyurethane acrylate adhesive contains acrylate and amino formic acid ester bond in its molecular structure, which make material has excellent features such as abrasive resistance, flexibility, tearing intensity, fine low-temperature performance and the remarkable optic performance . So it is a kind of developing solidification adhesive.In this paper, polyurethane acrylate (PUA) was synthesized from toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA). The effects of reaction temperature, catalysts and the ratio of -NCO/-OH on the every reaction were discussed systemically and the most suitable reaction condition on the every reaction was acquired. On the basis of the resin, UV-curing adhesive was synthesized through adding photoinitiator, reactive diluents and other auxiliriarys.
