Since the discovery of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) by Iijima in 1991,one-dimensional nanostructure(nanorods,nanowires,nanobelts and nanotubes) have attracted much attention due to their special physical properties and potential technological application. Developing new preparation methods of one-dimensional nanomaterials is a very important subject in current research activities in the fields of physics, chemistry and materials science,etc.Hydrothermal method has received more and more attention owing to its merits such as simple operation, controllable components and purity, and non-replacement for preparation of certain compounds. In this dissertation, The basic principles and synthesis technology of hydrothermal method were simply introduced, and Y(OH)3,Y2O3,Y2O3:Eu3+ one-dimensional nanomaterials were prepared successfully. The effect factors on the product morphology and size were discussed, such as the temperature, precipitator concentration, surfactant and calcination temperature. As a result, the materials structure was controlled validly.The prepared samples were studied systematically and deeply by TEM, XRD,TGA-DTA techniques. Some new results were obtained. |
