| The environmental quality declined rapidly because of the increasing population, the rapid development of economy, and the consumption of a lot of natural resource. The environmental pollution evaluations took effect in all fields for the sustainable development.The rare mental plant is situated at the industrial district of the city. The environment of the industrial district deteriorated during the past years, at the same time a few quality problems of the products have appeared. Monitoring environment and studying environment had to done, because environment might affect the quality of the products. Exhausted gas, waste water, noise and radioactive waste residua were monitored according to the national standards in the rare metal plant to grasp the environmental status of plant and study the effect of environment upon product quality. The fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, the single factor index evaluation method and the equal-standard waste load method were used to analyze the data. The environmental quality of the workshop was monitored on the base of the evaluation, at one time the product was inspected. To explain the problem clearly, The Environmental experiment was done on the basis of the foregoing data of the environmental monitor and product inspection. This experiment simulated the changes of tantalum wire under the condition of SO2. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used for the analysis of tantalum surface. According to monitoring environment, inspecting product, simulating the changes of tantalum wire and the result of XPS and SEM, The conclusion was presented. Based on the conclusion, the measurements of controlling pollution were presented. The simulating environmental experiment was the innovation. There is no report of research in the field of rare mental process.The conclusions were as follows:1) The results of the environmental pollution evaluation of the rare mental plant: ?the result of exhausted gas: 1 grade, the main pollutants: HF, dust. (2)the result of waste water: 2 grade, the main pollutants: SS, petroleum, NH3-N and COD. (3)the result of noise: Day: 1 grade. Night: 1 grade. (4)the result of radioactive wasteresidua: qualified.2) The fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, the single factor index evaluation method and the equal-standard waste load method were used to analyze the data of environmental monitor (the main pollutants of exhausted gas and waste water were analyzed by the equal-standard waste load method). The result of the environmental evaluation of exhausted gas, waste water, noise was the result of the fuzzy mathematical evaluation method. The result of the environmental evaluation of radioactive waste residua was the result of the single factor index evaluation method. |
