| Wood-plastic composites(WPC) is a kind of new developing composite developed in the last few years, it has combined the advantages of the plastics and wood, and there are very important meanings in solving energy shortage and environmental pollution. It is a focus studied at present to regard polyolefin as the matrix resin and prepare WPC, the paper discussed several respects influencing factor on the performance of polyolefin-based WPC.Fitstly, the paper has discussed especially the influence that respectively unites silane coupling agent HP-172 and HP-174, coupling agent of organic titanate NDZ-201 and NDZ-311 to deal with the wood flour, or directly put compatilizer PP-g-MAH , POE-g-MAH , EVA-g-MAH , ABS-g-MAH into composites on the HDPE /wood flour (ratio by weight l:l)composites performance. We find that several modifier can all improve composite performance, and each kind modifier have the best consumption. After HP-172 dealing with the wood flour, the modified effect is best, PP-g-MAH and EVA-g-MAH modify the effect takes second place. On the basis of confirming that unites the best use level of modifier, unite three kinds respectively coupling agent HP-172, HP-174 , NDZ-211, worthy of being used simultaneously with three kinds compatilizer of PP-g-MAH, POE-g-MAH, EVA-g-MAH each other, find that two kinds of silane coupling agent and compatilizer respectively can produce the synergistic effect, improve the performance of composites further.The kind and content of woody filler have also discussed on the influence of WPC performance.
