By blending the PZT powder with piezoelectricity properties to the fluororubber, we can get a especial compound made up of fluororubber and PZT, which can work in at a high temperature. These energy can be dissipated in form of heat energy through conductive network formed by conductive fillers in the system, based on the principles of piezoelectricity and conductive. So it can be used on the purpose of shock absorption and absorbing noises. But we have to overcome the processing properties for it is hard to blend with PZT powder.Studies about the influence of vulcanizing system, acid accepter, processing agent and filling system on processing properties, mechanical properties and heat resistant properties was did. It was found out to improve the processing properties, mechanical properties, make sure the optimum component; and make it better by changing technical property.
