Preparation And Investigation On CNTs/carbon Composites

The thesis dealt with the methods of processes and preparation of carbon/carbon nanotube composites .It provides the caculation formula of the mechanics property and does research on microstructure of the recrystallized graphites .We investigate the effects of the amounts and the varieties of dopant metal, and the effect of graphitization condition on the crystal parameter of the composites.In this paper, the structure morphography and mechanical properties of the CNTs/C composites were studied. The influence of the CNTs on the structure and properties of CNTs/C were studied by XRD, and give the relationship of composites' d002,the graphization degree ,Lc, and La before and after adding CNTs. As the increasing of the content of CNTs,d002 declines and the graphization degree increases.As the increasing of the content of CNTs, in the beginning, tensile strength increases, when the content reaches 25%,the tensile strength tops the max(25.5MPa),after that, the tensile strength begins to decrease, up to 30%,it is 10.6MPa,and the tensile strength keeps immovable from then on; but the tensile modulus is increasing all the time.We investigate the composites dopped by silicon.
