Diabetes mellitus and its chronic syndromes are now threatening to human healthy seriously. It is the most effective method that insulin intervene takes place or reinforces the treatment for the diabetic. Insulin medicaments which have been developed for 80 years, from animal insulin extracted from animal pancreas in forepart, to now biosynthesis human insulin and its analogue, have a great development all the while.In our lab, genetically engineered yeast Pichia Pastoris which boring human insulin gene was used to express heterologous protein.
