In this paper, factors of enzymatic hydrolysis for steam-exploded straw have been studied. It included enzyme concentration, pH, temperature, the kinds of solution, the ratio of substrate to liquid and kinds of ions. A comparison was described by using three methods of enzymatic hydrolysis of steam exploded straw: shaking ball in the regime, shaking with stirrer bed, static state. In order to solve the bottle-neck of enzymatic hydrolysis to produce fuel alcohol for cellulosic resources, own opinion for the prospects of enzymic hydrolysis for cellulose was forecasted. They included the followings:1. The experimental results indicated that the optimum pH is 4.8, the optimum temperature is 50°C for reducing sugar yield. The study within enzyme concentration 11IU/mL-44IU/mL for 48h shows reducing sugar yield was raised with increasing enzyme concentration, however the increment was decreasing. In the same experimentation condition, reducing sugar yield was raised with increasing substrate to liquid. Similar levels of sugar yield were obtained in water and buffer.
