The general formula of Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane is (RSiO1.5) n(n≥4, R: hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or other organic group), molecular structure of Oligomeric Silsesquioxane is RSiO3/2(O:Si=3: 2), R could be H, alkyl, subalkyl, aryl, subaryl.The design of this subject: silicon coupling was used as raw material, the reaction type is hydrolytic condensation, acid, alkali and organic tin was used as catalyst. Amino group Oligomeric Silsesquioxane with complete strecture is synthesized by hydrolytic condensation of γ-aminopropyltriethyoxl silane, whose Mn is 565. The product can dissolve in acetone, cyclohexane and toluene.γ-(2, 3-epoxypropoxyl) propyltrimethoxyl silane can be catalyzed by HC1, the Mn of it's product is obviously higher than without catalyst. advancing the temperature can increase its molecular weight, the best reaction temperature is 60℃, following by IR, the mechanism of HC1 is the hydrolyzation of alkoxy in 1 hour, and then condensation reaction.Poly-vinylsilane was synthesized by vinyltriethoxysilane through...
