Biomass fast liquefaction under atmospheric pressure is a process which biomass alcoholysised in the organic solvents with sulfuric acid as catalyst under atmospheric pressure, translate into liquefaction compound which molecular weight is extensive. Mild reaction condition, simple equipment, and production can replace conventional petrochemical are the advantages of rapid liquefaction under atmospheric pressure, in addition, liquefaction product can be used as the biobased polyol for preparing polyurethane with diisocyanate, polyurethane material can be extensive applied in national defence industry, light industry, traffic and railway transport, oil field, coal mine, mine, building project, medical treatment and physical training.Selected corn stover as type material, a series of experiments were conducted with various operational parameters under different conditions of liquefaction, established the optimized model of liquefaction process. The corn stover optimized liquefaction process applied in different biomass such as earthnut hull, rice hull liquefaction. Research on different component such as cellulose hemicellulose and so on, find influence gene effect on liquefaction ratio. Liquefaction product prepared adhesive, the kinetic solidity model of product was established based on the solidity mechanism and the reacting kinetics analyses and on the experimental data.Selected corn stover as type material, liquefaction ratio as experiment index, design the rotational quadratic regressionl experiment, obtain the regression model of liquefaction and optimized liquefaction technical. With the regression equation, the liquefaction yield reached 99.8% at optimum condition of 158℃ for 63min with the dosage of corn stover and catalyst were 17g and 2.7g, respectively.Different biomass material which high content of lignin, hemicellulose and so on were analysed.
