Study On Parameters Of Water-preserved-mining Grouting Bed-separation In YuShuwan Mine YuShen Coalfield

The studies on water in mine always keep away the accident of water, but the researches on protecting water resources are very few. For the problems of water sources reducing, entironment worsen, living of residenters is influenced and the long development is blocked, in order to achieve the aim of water-preserved-mining, YuShuwan mine can adopt the technology of bed-separation grouting. The parameters of grouting bed-separation are studied in the paper.The similar material simulation tests of the first working face of YuShuwan mine are carried out. In the test of upper inclined slice mining, the mining height was 5 meters. The continuous deformation zone existed in the test, the whole soil is in the continuous deformation zone, the resistive water ability of resistive water-stratum is not weakened, and it can achieve the aim of water-preserved-mining in this mining conditions. In the upper-lower inclined slice mining, the continuous deformation zone is not existed and the connected whole soil cranny came into being, thus it can't achieve the aim of water-preserved-mining. In this mining conditions, bed-separation grouting can solve the problem. A great deal of overlying strata movement datum and bed-separations datum are collected and the parameters of the grouting bed-separations are obtained.The theoretical analysis about the develop mechanisms of overlying strata bed-separations are carried out. The mechanics model of bed-separation formation and the formula of bed-separation parameters are established, the laws of the bed-separation distributing are analysed. The prime parameters of the grouting bed-separation are calculated, such as the height of the grouting bed-separations, the distance between the grouting bed-separation and the coal bed, and the length of the grouting bed-separation along the advance direction of working face.
