The analytical method of ion-selective electrode has the advantage of simple handled and direct. It can rapidly determine sample continuously nondestructive. Design, synthsis and application of highly selective and sensitive neutral carriers are main research subjects in the ion-selective electrode studies. Recently, study on ion-selective electrodes with anti-Hofmeister selectivity pattern is an important and interesting project in the fields of electrochemistry and electroanalytical chemistry. This thesis focuses on seeking design and synthsis of novel metallic complex and basic studies on solvent polymeric membrane (SPM) anion-selective electrodes containing the novel metallic complex. The electrodes can be applied to practice sample analysis.Part I of this thesis deals with design of neutral carrier for solvent polymeric membrane salicylate electrode with high selectivity.1. N,N'-bis-(furaldehyde)-glycine copper(II) complex [Cu(II)-BFAG]metallic complex were synthesized. We firstly study the potentiometric response characteristics of the anion-selective PVC membrane electrode based on the metallic complex as neutral carrier and found that the electrode based on [Cu(II)-BFAG] complex demonstrates high selectivity towards salicylate ion . which exhibits anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence: Sal-> ClO4-> SCN-> I-> NO3-> NO2 > Br-> Cl-> SO32-> SO42- and a near-Nernstian potential linear range for Salicylate from 1.0×10-1 to 3.0×10-6 mol/L, with a detection limit of 8.0× 10-7mol/L and a slope of -56.8 mV/pSal- in pH 5.0 of phosphate buffer solution at 25℃. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the A.C. impedance and the UV spectroscopy technique. The electrode can be applied to medicine analysis.2. A novel PVC membrane ion-selective electrode based on...
