Through single-chip microcomputer to control the inputting pulse frequency of the step motor, we can obtain the conforming to the request's cutting speed and process the ellipse picture frame which needs. This article applied VB to carry on the principle simulation to the mechanism which we studied. The velocity and the acceleration of the mechanism's movement have been obtained. Simultaneity, we used Pro/ENGINER to carry on the structure assembly, the movement inspection and the movement analysis, and utilized ANSYS to carry on the finite element analysis to the system's partial components. Let the designer himself has a clearer understanding to the machine which was designed by he in the aspect of motion and structure characteristic, and it is Advantageous to enhance the designer own level.
