Improved Synthesis Of Leucogen And Design & Synthesis Of Its Derivatives

As an important compositive part of the immune system in body, the serious decrease of leucocyte would bring on a serious infection and even endanger the life. Among anti-leucopenia drugs, through tests for a few years in the clinical application, it was proved that leucogen have advantages of the assured curative effect and the relative cheapness.In the thesis, the synthesis of leucogen was improved. Moreover, utilized leucogen as a lead-compound, its several derivatives were designed and then synthesized in order to find better anti-leucopenia drugs.To improve leucogen synthesis, EtONa-Petroleum ether system instead of Na-Et₂O system, was employed in the synthesis of ethyl α-formylphenylacetate.
