After the mono-ammonium phosphate(MAP) plant was magnified in China by domestic scholars successfully, the neutralized slurry MAP process was popularized and lots of MAP plants had been built and were on stream in recent years.Based on those advantages, this paper suggested the co-production of neutralized slurry concentrated MAP process and traditional TSP process and quality control technology about MAP product through simulating MAP plant's operation conditions. First of all, the properties of neutralized slurry and producing situation of MAP plant were studied before the co-production is carried out. The experimental results showed that the neutralizing value of 0.95~1.05 can be kept when the PH=4.3~4.6 in ammoniated slurry is controlled. Furthermore, first-class and fine-class MAP products containing total nutrient above 58% and 55% can be produced when wet-process phosphoric acids containing 0~3% and 3%~7% are used as raw materials, respectively.Secondly, the influence of the co-production of neutralized slurry concentrated MAP process and the traditional TSP process on the quality of MAP product was studied. According to the ratio of the output of flue gas absorption liquid of 400kt/a TSP plant and phosphoric acid consumption of MAP plant, we obtained the raw-material acid needed through mixing wet-process phosphoric acid with TSP flue gas absorption liquid. The experimental results showed also that the fine-class and first-class MAP products can be produced as long as the solid content is below 2%...
