Reform The Position Measurement System On Large Refiner

With the development of paper pulp technology, and because of a little pollution,low cost and better pulp quality act, the pulping method of alkaline hydrogen peroxide machine pulp(APMP) is becoming very popular in paper making trade. In APMP the refiner is one of the most important equipment. Because of the technology in china is very poor, the kind of equipment only depend on import. To make good quality pulp, it is very important that the refiners distance measurement control system, if we want to get better control effect, the refiner distance measurement between two dishes are very pivotal. The refiner should have been run at 1993,but it was run at 2002 for some reasons. During running, we found the distance measurement-control system of the refiner import is not good, it is also resulted the refiner attention, the pulp plant almost closed down. Because of the provider company was closed, it was only one way that rebuilding the distance measurement-control system by our self.
