On the basis of water pollution techniques in a synthetic ammonia industry, aimed at composition and discharge characteristic of synthetic ammonia wastewater, in this paper through technical and economic reasoning of several schemes, treatment scheme that waste dilute ammonia in synthesis selection is rectified to produce liquid ammonia, that in copper wash selection is raised concentration circularly to produce industrial ammonia, and Cycle Activated Sludgy System (CASS) biological technique is used to dispose comprehensive sewerage is presented. Furthermore, some chemical fertilizer plant in Qinghongdao and some chemistry limited corporation in Hebei province as experiment research bases, recovery of dilute ammonia and comprehensive sewerage treatment techniques are studied emphatically, deep and systemically. Research result shows that technique of producing liquid ammonia disposing dilute ammonia by rectification recovers yearly liquid ammonia close to 800t, creates 1600,000 RMB yuan of economic benefit, and that on the ground of concentration of 1000 milligrams of Chemical Oxygen Demand and 180 milligrams of ammonia nitrogen per liter of influent, CASS biological treatment technique disposing comprehensive sewerage takes off 88 percent of Chemical Oxygen Demand, 76 percent of ammonia nitrogen, so sound purpose of taking off organic matter and ammonia nitrogen is gained. After research fruit is popularized and applied, it will make synthetic ammonia companies recover and utilize all waste dilute ammonia and discharge stably comprehensive sewerage to attain criterion, and embody favorable environmental, economic, social benefits.
