Human activities have affected marine ecosystem so badly that some marine ecological communities are destroyed seriously in a large degree, and lots of species of marine biology are extinct. It also makes some originally famous fishing ground become short of aquatic resource. Generally speaking, the damage affected marine fishery, marine tour, and human existence seriously. More unluckily, human demand of high material and spirit living are still increasing. These instances require people urgently to think much of continuable development, and remind people to exploit the ocean under the natural rules. And these instances also let people remediate the destroyed marine ecosystem in time. Among the remediation methods, bioremediation method is regarded as the ultimate method because it has obvious excellence than physical method and chemical method. Through bioremediation, the structure and function of new ecosystem would be restored or rebuilt, and the ecosystem would keep up good condition without outside force. On the basis of investigation, the biological structure of the intertidal zone was discussed in this paper for the definite object of bioremediation. Furthermore, some suggestions for bioremediation were also made on the basis of theory and inner experiments. The general investigations were carried out in the intertidal zone of LVJUHE and GAOSHALING, which belong to TANGGU District, TIANJIN City. The investigations of macrobenthos, such as quantitative and qualitative sampling and analysis, were carried out according to the Specification for Marine Monitoring. The results showed that the species of the investigation zone have decreased obviously, the community structure was improper, and the vertical and horizontal niches were not utilized sufficiently. The trophic structure was also unstable, the ratio to production of each trophic level was less than the natural value. The results of different intertidal zone were as follows:About 22 living species of macrobenthos were obtained in LVJUHE intertidal zone, which belong to Coelenterata, Annelida, Mollusca, Arthropoda, Brachiopoda, and Pisces respectively. The existing biomass of macrobenthos was 661.46g/m~2, biological density was 359.38ind./m~2. Mollusca was the dominant macrobenthos, its biomass was 94.26% of the total biomass. The mean secondary production was 42.02g/m~2(AFDW). The competition of the surface niches in some places was intensely. The ecological efficiencies among the 4 existing trophic levels were less than 10%, so the energy flowed improperly. The intertidal zone situation of GAOSHALING is worse than that of About 16 species macrobenthos were obtained here, which belong to Annelida, Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Brachiopoda. The existing biomass of macrobenthos was 119.24g/m~2, biological density was 190.00ind./m~2. Mollusca biomass was 68.89% of the total biomass, so its dominance reduced. The secondary production was 14.80g/m~2...
