The outfall of Wangjiagang oil producing wastewater disposal plant was the worst in the five outfalls of Shengli oil filed. This wastewater has the characteristics of high temperature, high salinity and high mineral degree. It is difficult to be treated and hard to reach the discharge standard. This not only has seriously polluted the environment, moreover every year Shengli oil filed have to pay a lot of penalty .So, With the goal of " economizing the investment, making use of the current craft economically and efficiently", it has the practical significance that optimizing the operating condition or improving the current craft ,which will make the wastewater ofWangjiagang oil producing wastewater disposal plant reach the discharge standard. Based on investigating the present condition of wastewater processing inWangjiagang wastewater disposal plant and making a lot of experimentations and analyses, we have studied the efficiency of disposing the wastewater by using pulverized fuel ash and oxidation pond. On the whole we have understood the mechanics of the pulverized fuel ash disposing the wastewater, and the better adsorptive capacity and the maximum adsorptive capacity. It offers the scientific elements for using and popularizing the technology. By studying the influence, we can choose the best parameters and use the technology practically.
