Study On Growth Kinetics And Pharmacokinetics Of Alicyclobacillus Acidoterrestris In Apple Juice

China is the biggest apple production country and the biggest apple juice concentration production country in the world.However, alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris problem has become the biggest technique problem in the production of apple juice concentration for a long time. The key to break through the technical bottleneck is constructing technical standards system efficiently.In this paper,two alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris strains were selected as experimental material.The study were that the optimization of culture medium, confirm the growth dynamics models,the optimization of measure condition about guaiacol and 2,6-dibromophenol used HS-SPME-GC/MS, confirm the pharmacokinetics models between the growth and guaiacol and 2,6-dibromophenol in difference culture medium. The control theory system was established for the alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in china. The main results in this paper showed:1,The colony's shape and micro morphology character were observed about alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris,it were basically identical between isolated alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in our lab and standard alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris.2,The culture medium of isolated alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris and standard alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris were optimized.result show that the best culture medium of two strains were basically identical, The culture medium of standard alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris is MgSO4·7H2O 1 g/L,CaCL2·2H2O 0.5g/L, KH2PO4 1.2g /L,MnSO4·4H2O,0.5g/L,distilled water 1L, peptone 5 g /L, fructose2 g /L,yeast 2 g /L. The culture mediumof isolated alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris is MgSO4·7H2O 1 g/L,CaCL2·2H2O 0.5g/L, KH2PO4 1.2g /L,MnSO4·4H2O,0.5g/L,distilled water 1L, peptone 5 g /L, glucose 2 g /L,yeast 2 g /L.3,The models between cfu and absorbency were confirmed about standard alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris and isolated alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in apple juice and optimize culture medium.4,The use of integration transform and the proposed goowth kinetic models are confirmed,abou standard alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris and isolated alicyclobacillus...
