Through years of technical research and study, this project has completed mechanics and terrestrial stress parameter study on special lithology rock, and has known well the law of the fracturing, extension and expansion of special lithology; successfully developed high temperature resisting fracturing fluid formulation, to satisfy the deephole fracturing in special lithology reservoir, successfully developed filtration reducing fracturing technology of silty sand, oil dispersible resin and emulsion; successfully developed the technologies of large scale long fissure making by adding sand, segmentation perforation and multiple fracturing in extremely thick formation; successfully developed the technologies of sand plug prevention of low and middle sand proportion, cascade sand adding, slug dilute separation fluid; successfully developed fracturing fluid fast return technologies of slow releasing capsule gel breaking agent, combined strings of fracturing fluid return and production; successfully developed cracking technologies of acid pretreatment before fracturing, auxiliary reperforation in small test fracturing, multi-pulse rock cracking; successfully developed higher temperature resistance technologies of Y422 packer series for deep holes.Thus a complete and practical system of matching technologies has formed for special lithology formation transformation.The achievemengs in this project have a significant meaning in continuing the work of oil formation transformation in special lithology reservoirs and the exploration and oil production. They also have a bright future in the application on site. |
