Higher accuracy and dimension micro degree of ultra-precision are required with the development of high technology. Bench-type ultra-precision numerical control milling machine can solve the problem of high cost, long production cycle to machine the miniature, small batch, high precision work pieces with plane, curve face or other complex moulding surface in large precision machine with high automatization. Bench-type ultra-precision numerical control milling machine not only has the merits of lower cost and easily controlled machining environments, but also has the improvements of some capability in the condition of proper designing.According to shape, dimension, precision and material characteristic and other requests of work pieces for machining, designs the function layout and analyzes the collectivity capability of the bench-type ultra-precision five-axis numerical control milling machine. The object accuracy of the tool is analyzed emphatically, and the types and accuracy of key components are chosen.The machining accuracy of work piece is influenced by the revolving accuracy of the spindle and the spindle is a key component. The accuracy of one machine tool can be evaluated by the accuracy of the spindle. So the main parameters of spindle are discussed for important.Linear guide and rotated table are precision motion components that ensure restrict relative motion between the work piece and the tool. The cost and accuracy of them influence the cost and accuracy of machine tool directly. This text designs and analyzes the proper structural for these units.In order to optimize the structural of more, this text also analyzes the whole characteristic of this machine, of which for important processing the analysis of the displacement in gravity, modal analysis.Environment vibration will cause vibration displacement between the work piece and the tool, influencing the accuracy and surface quality of work piece. So the isolation system of the ultra-precision milling machine is solved and analyzed.
