Carbon fiber reinforced high performance thermoplastic polymer composite is recognized as advanced composites (Advanced composite material, ACM) in the world. It is the emphases of research and development direction of the fields of composites both at home and abroad. The understanding and mastery of material usage performance is the foundation of structure design and application. Therefore, the thesis had studied the high and low temperature mechanics performance and interface of high performance thermoplastic resin– PPEK, PPES and their composites.Because the bend performance can well reflect integrating mechanics performance of materials, thus the thesis studied and analyzed the bend performance of PPEK, PPES and their composites. The result indicted that they also had good bend performance under high and low temperature, and the discrimination between them was minor, so they had good integrating mechanics performance and high, low temperature resistant for environment .The thesis studied dynamic mechanics performance of PPEK, PPES and their composites through DMA, and we got the bend modules and tanδunder continuous temperature. The result indicted that the viscidity of material was small below the glass transformation temperature (263℃), and became great between the glass transformation temperatures, meanwhile we knew that they had good integrating mechanics performance and high, low temperature resistant for environment.We analyzed and calculated the interfacial strength of CF/PPEK based on the result of DMA,"Zorowski and Murayama theory"and the method of energy. The calculated result indicated that we could calculate the interfacial strength through the result of DMA from -50℃to 260℃, and the interfacial strength gradually descended to 0 with the temperature hoist to 260℃, by calculating the interfacial strength of normal temperature was 70MPa, it was consistent with the experimental result.
