In activated sludge wastewater treatment process, animalcules are used to clear organic pollutants in the wastewater, it is efficient, and is the leading approach to deal with industry wastewater and urban life wastewater in the current. Because of the complex mechanism and time-variant character of the whole process, coupling between variables, the dynamic behavior and characteristics should be regarded. For the sake of improving our country's wastewater process automatic control level, it is very useful to do research on its model simulation and control strategies.The main focuses of this thesis are model simulation, coupling analyses, decoupling PID controller design and multivariable predictive controller design based on wastewater treatment Benchmark.At first, the Benchmark of IWAQ is introduced, which includes activated sludge model No.1 (ASM1) and secondary settlement tank model, then the regulations of control performance, effluent quality indexes and controller operational range are analyzed in detail. Requiments of model simulation, controller design and control performance estimation are supplied. |
