Abstract/Summary:
Conducting a research on low VOC polyurethane paint and discussing the residual TDI (diurethanes) monomer in solvent-type polyurethane bi-component paint as well as solvents presently sold in market and producing technology, this dissertation aims to exploit one way to lower the content of free-radical diurethanes monomer in polyurethane bi-component paint and poisonous materials in solvents, hoping to replace the present product with low VOC paint, which will be good to environmental protection, professional diseases precaution, traditional industry's promotion and new market opening. The research is in conformity with national policy of environmental development.In research, the present technology has been discussed. By analyzing the phenomenon of large amount of poisonous materisls such as free-radical diurethanes monomer, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, on the basis of tests, to optimize the rational ratio between diisocyanatocuene and trialkylated methal-alkane. By comparing the effective factors, such as reaction temperature, heat insulating time etc, to set the technological scheme as that under the temperature of 60℃, two-hour reaction and 3-hour heat-insulating, with the staple Mol-ratio of 1:3 and will obtain the yellowish-brown, transparent resin solution.
