The solar water heater product, along with the rapid growth of market demands and the unceasing development of the public environmental protection consciousness, has become an important industry in the Chinese renewable energy field. Compared to the advanced countries, the corresponding technologies of the evacuated tube solar water heaters are still unsubstantial. The technical innovation abilities of solar water heater enterprises must be strengthened in order to improve the technical level and the product quality.This study develops the system of the thermal properties analysis and parametrization design of evacuated tube solar water heaters by researching evacuated tube solar water heater analysis and combining the CAD technology. Its main content includes:1) Design calculation modular programming of solar water heaters. The module realized computational automation, including calculations of solar declination angle, solar hour angle, solar elevation angle, solar azimuth angle and smallest spacing calculation of heaters, and so on.2) Research on thermal efficiency forecast method of solar water heaters. The module established the thermal efficiency model of evacuated tube solar water heaters based on the fuzzy neural network. The thermal properties analysis module has developed. The influence of kinds of factors on the forecasting results of the fuzzy neural network is analyzed. The forecasting results are in good agreement with the experimental those.3) The 3D modelling technology of the SolidWorks software is analyzed, and the user developing methods also are studied. The method to establishing the part database is summarized. |
