| The double perovskite oxide Sr2FeMoO6 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method using glucose as complex agent. The structures of catalysts were characterized by XRD, TPR, TEM, TG-DTA, BET, FT-IR, Electrical Conductivity Test and Magnetism Techniques. Catalytic activities in methane catalytic combustion of catalysts were investigated. In the same time, we associated the physical and chemical properties of Sr2FeMoO6 catalysts preliminary.The results showed that the double perovskite oxides Sr2FeMoO6 forms single-phase at the temperature of range from 900°C to 1100°C, and H2/N2 mixing gas atmosphere was most effective for synthesis single-phase than air and Ar atmosphere.In addition, we also studied the effects of reflux conditions on structure and catalytic peroperties of Sr2FeMoO6 catalysts .We can see that the catalytic activities in methane catalytic combustion enhanced and the particle size is decreased.La doped double perovskite oxides catalyst Sr1.9La0.1FeMoO6 shown better catalytic activity for methane combustion reaction than bulk catalyst, which T10(methane conversion of 10%) and T90(methane conversion of 90%) were 460 °C and 600 °C respectively. It is indicate that an optimal quantity of La was doping double perovskite oxides catalyst Sr2FeMoO6 can improve its catalytic activity significantly. The catalytic activity of supported catalysts Sr1.9Ce0.1FeMoO6 was better than bulk catalyst, however, the catalyst Sr2FeMoO6 supported by Ba showed lower catalytic activity of methane. |
