| ZrO2(3Y), Al2O3/ZrO2(3Y) and Ce2O3/ZrO2(3Y) powder were prepared by the mellow-watery solution. The samples are measured with the method of DAT, SEM, XRD,UV-vis and the sensitive characteristic test. Influence of different making conditions on the structure of sample crystals, the average size of crystals, visible ultraviolet light absorption were discussed.The study indicates that ZrO2(3Y) powder is crystallized in the form of tetragonal under 600℃ and is mixes-phase of tetragonal and monoclinic above 600℃. The monocline phase will enhance and the sample's size will become big with the annealing temperature rising. and the sample's radium is smaller than 42nm if the annealing temperature is lower than 1200℃. It is also showed that the sample of ZrO2(3Y) powder can absorb light in the visible ultraviolet and an absorption peak can be found in the area of ultraviolet.Doping Ce2O3 decreased the speed which the sample transforms from the tetragonal structure to the monocline phase structure. Even at 1000℃, only 9.9 percent of crystals in the tetragonal structure turn to be monocline crystals. The absorption rate of ZrO2(3Y) powder in the visible ultraviolet light can be reduced. |
