In terms of the analysis on the process of Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) unit in refinery, the necessity of particulate concentration control in regeneration flue gas of production process is briefly introduced.After the adaptability being analyzed for existing particulate concentration sampling analysis method in this article, forecast velocity of flow measure is selected for sampling and analyzing the flue particulate under high temperature and pressure conditions. After several years'exploration, instrument facilities optimization as well as integrity option and improvement, this measure is successfully applied in the sampling analysis of flue particulate in FCC unit, which provides effectual data for technology rectifying, flue gas turbine protection and cost-effective energy saving, while has also practical signification for long cycle running of equipments as well as energy-saving and benefit enhanced purpose.Firstly: The analysis and investigation on the composition of FCC flue gas provide sampling equipment based on knowing its component, content and the range of state parameters.Secondly: Aiming at the condition of high temperature and pressure, we has solely researched and designed a set of spray-proof cooling unit, and implemented technology improvement and consideration for the measurement process of state parameter needed by the forecast velocity of flow measure.Thirdly: Briefly states the role of measured flue particulate data reacted on technology adjustment, equipment protection and the status of catalyst attrition. Forthly: Find out the means and measures to guarantee the veracity analysis method by experimentation, and put forward its existent problem and trouble.Fifthly: Briefly introduce the current on-line continuous measuring and monitoring instruments both on domestic and abroad, together with its application status in our company. This article has theoretically and practically discussed flue particulate sampling analysis in the condition of high temperature and pressure by the forecast velocity of flow measure, which has been widely used in our company and other brother refineries (such as Guangzhou Company, Jingmen Company, Yueyang Petrochemical Company, Wuhan Petrochemical Company and Maoming Company, Sinopec. etc.), and it is presently scientific, exact and economic sampling analysis of flue particulate concentration under high temperature and pressure conditions. |
