There has been an increasing awareness of environment protection, a strict control of chopping trees, a serious lack of material for paper-making in our country, lack of wood material in particular, so it is rather difficult to pulp with pinus yunnanensis only. Eucalyplus globulus labill is good for fast and large pulping, and it grows easily, so it is significantly important for both the environment protection and economic development to replace some pinus yunnanensis with Eucalyplus globulus labill in pulping. A combination of pinus yunnanensis and Eucalyplus globulus labill can ease up the source material providing, reduce the cost and increase the benefit. In the meantime, it will provide some theoretical basis for develop new materials. This paper consists of the following: the feasibility study of pulping through a combination of pinus yunnanensis and eucalyplus globulus labill; the technique study of of pulping through a combination of pinus yunnanensis and eucalyplus globulus labill; the feasibility study of making fibrous mucilage glue through a combination of pinus yunnanensis and eucalyplus globulus labill; the conclusion of feasibility and techniques for pulping. In the first place, the feasibility was analyzed according to the chemical components and organizational structures of pinus yunnanensis and eucalyplus globulus labill, and then a technical process was designed for an experiment of cooking pinus yunnanensis and eucalyplus globulus labill at different proportions. It was found that it is feasible to combine them to pulp. With the normal sulfate, eucalyplus globulus labill is better to be 60%, and the optimal technology proportion is 170—150—23—20 (maximum temperature—time of heat preservation—degree of sulfaration—amount of alkali) . With the modified sulfate cooking (extended delighification), the acquisition of pulp increases significantly with kappa number pulp decreasing (increase 2-3% on average), and the proper proportion is 50%, 60%, 70%, the better technology being 165—150—23—25.In the modified sulfate of the experiment, we also found: (1) The thickness of hydrate with lower cooking has a higher speed oflignin removing than carbohydrate, which adds some selectivity of...
