Relying on the 150t/d polyester stable fiber line of ZIMMER AG which YIZHENG CHEMICAL FIBRE CO. LTD fetched in, and after digesting and absorbing it's technology, the article make a study of technique increasing the production to 170t/d.In the paper, the author studied the large capacity spinning of its hardcore technique, process performance of polymer extruding and quenching device, and checked the enlarging capacity of the linchpin equipment. Step by step, a increasing technique was tried on the spinning machine, and the equipment and process were continuously optimized. Finally, it was utilized on the whole spinning device.The main approach of capacity enlarging is to increase the number of spinneret hole and equip uniformly quench. Rationally designed spinning pack and quench content the need of capacity enlarging and producing steadily, lead to increase production and improve quality and operation rate.
