| Carbon material anti-oxidation is a key topic in carbonaceous material research domain. The subject has prepared anti-oxidation coating carbonaceous material by stuff slurry way, and emphatically discussed high temperature anti-oxidation coating composition of SiO2 system, whose preparation, formation and anti-oxidation effect were also studied systematically.Firstly, the subject introduced basic requirement, designed form and preparation of anti-oxidation coating, detailed analyzed characters of coat main components, and expounded each function. The basic components of clay, feldspar and boron particle were determined by numerous tests, and the contents settled separately of coat material, felt regent and water are 55.5%, 33.3% and 11.2%.In the course of formation, coat has been found to influence by some factors, such as thermal expansibility, main components and their contents, and spread ability, especially thermal expansion match between coat and matrix was most important. The subject has founded composition with anti-oxidizability which matched with the thermal expansibility of carbonaceous material matrix, which is putting ZrO2, CeO2, and Si into basic composition, and established optimum mixture ratio of clay, feldspar, boron particle, cerium oxide, silicium and zirconium, whose contents are 18%, 55.5%, 0.75%, 0.75%, 5% and 20%. This kind of coating has been investigated to have favorite spread ability and anti-oxidizability.
