As sewage disposal plants are high scale constructed, the higher sewage disposal energy, the higher cost has becoming recognition and attention, so reaching the technic of lower sewage disposal energy is becoming hotspot.This paper is aimed at exploring a new technology of high-efficiency, low-energy-consumptions pressurized tube biofilm reactor. Through pressurization, efficiency of oxygen transfer will be greatly enhanced, air supply be reduced, operational energy consumptions be saved. Furthermore, the treating system will be simplified a lot as pressurization and oxygen-charging are unified as one by means of gas-water mixed pump. Profound research has been done on hydro-state characteristics of the reactor and oxygen transfer rules on condition of being pressurized, experiment been conducted to find out how pressure, DO., organic load and temperature affect the reactor's efficience of treating suburban high-nitrogen pollutant water, therefore, the key parameter has been acquired. Results are as follows:①Experiment on shows the reactor has the characters of both channel mode and complete mixing mode; KLa is dipping in a near straight line, while Ea and Ep are rising, as pressure is ascending.②Experiment at ordinary pressure shows: when the temperature is 25℃, organic loading rates≤1.2 kgCODCr?m-3?d-1, corresponding nitrogen loading rates≤0.38 kgTN?m-3?d-1,HRT is 6h, DO is 6.0 mg?L-1, water input CODCr is 380mg?L-1,NH4+-N is 89 mg?L-1,TN is 98mg?L-1,disposed water output CODCr≤20 mg?L-1,NH4+-N≤3 mg?L-1,TN≤13 mg?L-1,the disposal rates are 95%,97%,87%, 95%, 97% and 87% .accordingly, which shows great power in Stimultaneous Nitrification Denitrification, reaching first-rate discharging standard. the efficiency is improved by 50% compared with ordinary nitrogen disposal reactor.③Experiment on condition of pressurization in winter shows: when the temperature is 10℃, pressurization is 0.20MPa, organic loading rates is 1.0 kgCODCr?m-3?d-1, corresponding nitrogen loading rates is 0.30 kgTN?m-3?d-1,HRT is 9h, DO is 6.0 mg?L-1, water input CODCr is 348mg?L-1,NH4+-N is 108 mg?L-1,TN is 113mg?L-1,disposed water output CODCr is 44 mg?L-1,NH4+-N is 14 mg?L-1,TN is 18 mg?L-1,the disposal rates are 87%,87%,84%. reactor shows great power in energy saving-50% energy can be saved compared to ordinary reactor.④Experiment on the effect of pressure shows: pressure contributes a lot to air...
