Anti-seismic property of 20MnSiVHRB400 reinforced steel bars with the diameters of 20mm and trial-producing 28mm was investigated. The sensibility of strain aging, ductile-brittle transit temperature, weldability, and the coordination between strength and ductility of reinforced steel bars were systematically investigated.Taking advantage of Gleeble-1500D,based on the heat straining simulation test experimentation and combined the fact of the factory, In Shuicheng Steel&Iron Company,coolers were installed before and followed the fine-rolling. Diminished the fine rolling temperature and the final rolling temperature,Disigned final cooling technique properly.Controlled rolling and controlled cooling were taked used to produce finer products.The results showed: Comparing with 20MnSi steel bars, the coordination between strength and ductility, sensibility of strain aging, toughness at low temperature of the steel bars tested were highly enhanced. The TEM and SEM observation shows there are plenty of supersaturation vanadium dissolved in the steel.a little precipitates in the ferrite area of steel bar, The analyze results showed plenty of vanadium in the pearlite.The influence of rolling temperature,final cooling temperature,cooling speed and micro-alloying on microstructure and properties were investigated.Both low temperature rolling associate with great deformability and micro-alloying result in fine microstucture were argumented. The theoretic results well agree with the experiment results. If there were plenty of vanadium compounds precipitated in the ferrite area,the heat temperature should be increased,the cool speed followed control rolling should be decreased. To overcome the shortcoming of HRB400 reinforced steel bars, The smelting technique and controlled rolling and controlled cooling will be enhanced, Coordination of proper micro-alloying composition.
