The composition of amorphous Cr-C deposit is even, and the structure is even, so the deposit has better function than the traditional chromium and is paid more attention. The micro rigidity and the wearable resistance of amorphous Cr-C are all obviously higher than that of traditional chromium deposit, especially the micro rigidity goes up with the temperature rising within the scope of certain temperature degree, which can amount to the 1800 HV or so, hoping to become the valid processing method of wearable and corrosion parts under the heat environment bear. In addition, plating with the traditional hexed chromes qua the one of all plating that results in serious pollution for the human body and the environments, so it has already been forbidden in the developed countries such as USA and Japan. With the increasing environment protection wariness, it will finally be eliminated in our country. In order to replace heavy polluting hexed chromes plating, we turn to trivalent chromes, which is the crafts that has the most development foreground currently. The poison of the Cr3+ ion is only 1% that of the Cr6+ ion, as a result it get the people's extensive attention.The composition of amorphous Cr-Fe-C alloy deposit is made with the liquid that adopts mainly Cr3+ ion. Through a great deal of experimentation, we respectively choose the sulfuric acid chrome and the sulfuric acid ammonia as the primary salt and electric salt, (NH4)2C2O4 as complexing agents, and choose the SuS3O4 steel( namely 0Cr18Ni9) as the anode material, for near to the engineering practice.
