| In this paper, the mechanical properties at room-temperature of 10Cr9Mo1VNb steel and manual argon arc welding joint after high temperature ageing were studied ,meanwhile. the high temperature properties of 10Cr9MolVNb steel and manual argon arc welding joint were tested. The microstructure after tempering and high temperature ageing was analysed by means of transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The result are as follows:The mechanical properties at room-temperature of 10Cr9Mo1VNb steel after high temperature ageing were excellent. After 10000h ageing at 625℃, σs and σb only decreased about 6% and 1.5% . Recovery and recrystallization happened during 10Cr9Mo1VNb steel was ageing and there were M23C6 and MC precipitated from the steel. They all strengthened 10Cr9Mo1VNb steel.The mechanical properties and microstructure of manual argon arc welding joint at room-temperature after high temperature ageing were same as the steel.The sustained strength of manual argon arc welding joint at 625℃ after 9485h was 60 MPa, calculating that the sustained strength after 105h was 46.07 MPa. |
