Xin Jiang is the typical continent climate,where has great difference between day and night and has long sunshine. It is famous for big,sweet taste of Watermelon around the world.But Xin Jiang is far from the center.Big output, distribution period concentration and the improper storage bring about high rot rate,it seriously affects the quality,export and storage.At present,the problem of Watermelon storage has been unsolved,it affects the development of Watermelon.The experiment used Hongyou Erhao Watermelons as experiment materials.According to physiology indexes of Hongyou Erhao Watermelons under the fitting temperature storage,(fitting temperature+storage reagent) storage, ice-temperature storage,(ice-temperature+Spermine) storage and (ice-temperature+storage reagent) storage, we not only analyzed the effect of different factors such as environmental temperature, storage reagent, Spermine on the storage life of watermelon fruit,but also studyed the post-harvest physiological regularity and different environment conditions of Hongyou Erhao watermelons'storage enduring.By assessing the effect of storage,we ascertained the appropriate store parameter,and discussed whether the regulation of physiological and biochemical changes related to the chilling injury.The results followed:1. The experiment ascertained the ice temperature of Hongyou Erhao Watermelon was -0.4℃.2. The results indicated that watermelon was respiration climacteric fruit because watermelon had clear respiratory peak during the whole storage.3. The results indicated that low temperature could restrain respiratory intensity ,water evaporation, nutrition loss,and kept firmness and lengthened storage life. ( ice-temperature + storage reagent)storage had the best effect on restrain the soft of watermelon,after one hundred and twelve days,the fruit could still keep fresh.4. The results showed that watermelon could suffer chilling injury easily, Spermine and storage reagent could improve the resistance of cold in watermelon,but the chilling injury mechanism and the effect of health which rudimental Spermine and storage reagent in watermelon were waiting for work out.5. The results indicated that during the storage,the content of Vc,total acid,total sugar fell down. Deoxidized sugar and TSS content were high in frontal period,and fell down in the back. Pectin,cell membrane permeate rate,the activity of PPO was ascend.The change of the activities of POD and CAT took on bimodal.The activities of PG was high in frontal period,and fell down in the back,then became high.6. The activities of POD and CAT had negative relativity to the cell membrane permeate rate,while the activities of PPO had positive relativity to it.7. The activity of PG and soluble pectin content had negative relativity to the firmness.8. The experiment showed:on the condition of storage temperature 15℃, relative humidity 80%~85%,the effect of watermelon storage was comparatively good,and fitting temperature storage combined with storage reagent was better than fitting temperature storage only.
